Ken Mandzuik, KC is a partner with Tradition Law LLP, Estates and Trusts practicing exclusively in the area of trust and estate litigation.

Ken was called to the bar in 1997 after getting his B.A. in philosophy and his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba. His practice since that time has focused on all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, including representing survivors of Indian Residential Schools. Ken has appeared before administrative tribunals, arbitrators, mediators, and all levels of court in Manitoba as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He presents regularly on topics related to powers of attorneys, estates, and estate litigation.

Ken is active in the legal community. He is an elected bencher of the Law Society of Manitoba and has chaired or sat on several of its committees including access to justice, discipline, equity and the Indigenous advisory committee.  He has been the legal member of the Judicial Inquiry Board since 2020.  He is the Manitoba representative on the board of the Canadian Bar Association and sits on their Policy and Governance and Equality Committees.  He currently serves on the Manitoba Bar Association's Wills section executive.  He is a Past President of the MBA, past chair of the CBA Legislation and Law Reform Committee, a past member of the CBA Sections Committee, the former co-chair of the MBA's Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Committee and is a Life Council Member of the MBA. He formerly served as the chairperson of the Insurance Agents' and Adjusters' Licensing Appeal Board, and currently serves as an alternate chair of the Criminal Code Review Board of Manitoba.  He has also been a director of several non- or not for profit organizations, including the Canadian Bar Insurance Association/Lawyer's Financial, Legal Help Centre, the Manitoba Association for Rights and Liberties, the Kidney Foundation of Manitoba and West Broadway Youth Outreach.  He was appointed King's Counsel in 2023.
